Who we are

Mortgage advisor Ross Foster, NMLS 1373012. Principal office: 14029 SE Mountain Ridge Ct, Happy Valley, OR 97086. Telephone 503.975.6623. Email ross@arrowhomeloans.com.
Nonpublic personal information
As a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, we collect nonpublic personal information (NPI) to originate, process, and broker residential mortgage loans. NPI may include name, Social Security number, date of birth, contact details, employment and income, asset and liability statements, credit reports, tax returns, bank statements, property address, and other information you or your representatives provide, or that we obtain from consumer reporting agencies, appraisers, title companies, lenders, and public records.
How we use information
We use information to evaluate loan options, submit applications to wholesale lenders, fulfill legal and investor requirements, communicate with you and your real estate professionals, and operate this website. We do not sell NPI. We do not use a third-party “rate engine” on this site that stores quotes.
Sharing
We share information as needed to complete a transaction or as required by law: wholesale lenders and investors; mortgage insurers; appraisers, title, escrow, and closing agents; government agencies (including HUD and VA); NMLS and state regulators; consumer reporting agencies; and service providers under confidentiality obligations (email, document, and IT vendors). We may disclose information to comply with a legal process, to protect against fraud, or with your consent.
Website data
This local preview site may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). If analytics is added later, that vendor’s policy will apply to data it collects. Do not submit Social Security numbers through the public apply form; use encrypted document exchange after we open a file.
Retention and security
Mortgage files are retained as required by federal and state recordkeeping rules, investor guidelines, and licensing obligations, then disposed of in a secure manner. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a boutique brokerage. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may request access to certain personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccuracies, by emailing ross@arrowhomeloans.com or writing to the address above. Credit report disputes must also be directed to the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report. Some sharing in connection with processing your loan is required to provide the service you requested and cannot be opted out of.
Children
This website is intended for adults seeking mortgage services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Questions: ross@arrowhomeloans.com or 503.975.6623, weekdays 9:00am–5:00pm.
